Our CNC Machines
"Metlab uses advanced CNC milling and turning machines to create a wide range of part types, from simple geometries to complex shapes, for industrial applications, process trials and special projects. With our equipment, we ensure high machining precision, productivity and flexibility.
Milling - 3, 4 and 5 Axis Machining
We use VF-2SS and VF-3SS milling machines, which ensure efficient and precise milling of parts. The VF-2SS model is ideal for three-axis machining, perfectly suited for a wide range of metal and other material parts. For more complex projects, we use the TRT160 and TR160 rotary tables, which add an additional 4 and 5 axes to our VF-2SS and VF-3SS machines. This allows for complex multi-angle cutting and forming, allowing us to work on geometrically complex parts that require full 360 degree machining.
Turning - Precision and Complex Movements
"Metlab's turning processes are carried out on ST-20 and ST-20Y lathes. The standard ST-20 model is ideal for fast and accurate turning of parts with different geometries. Meanwhile, the ST-20Y model with optional Y-axis allows multi-axis turning operations to achieve even more complex shapes in a single operation. These lathes can process steel, aluminium, titanium and other alloys, as well as cylindrical, tapered and complex parts.
